chainWare creator-only bootstrap

Governance Setup CWC-v7

Verify the creator governance wallet and the genesis dripWallet, review the rules already enforced by the chain, record the initial configuration, and execute creator governance actions through signed on-chain proposals.

Security: this page stores nothing in localStorage or sessionStorage. Wallet keys exist only in this browser tab. Load the two wallet files copied from the genesis validator or restore them from the 64-character seed / 24-word recovery phrase. Do not publish either private key.

1. Connect to the new chain

The creator page talks to a public validator RPC. It does not run on the validator.

2. Creator governance wallet

This wallet is the first accepted governance member created in genesis.

3. Genesis dripWallet

This separate wallet is already registered as an active escrow voter.

4. Rules enforced by this chain

These are engine rules, not merely text entered by the creator.

1
Seedless protocol treasury

All 1,000,000,000 CWC starts at protocol:treasury. No private key can directly spend it.

2
One wallet, one governance vote

Each active governance member appears once in the eligible voter snapshot for a proposal.

3
More than two-thirds required

Treasury transfers, budgets, membership changes, and parameter changes execute only after YES votes exceed two-thirds of eligible members.

4
Escrow uses active dripWallets

Each escrow names active dripWallet voters and its own threshold. A YES or NO threshold atomically settles the escrow plan.

Connect and load both wallets to verify the genesis roles.

5. Initial creator configuration

Records the completed bootstrap configuration on-chain. Enforcement still comes from the engine rules above.

With one active governance member, that member's YES vote exceeds two-thirds and executes the proposal.

6. Custom governance action

Add treasury, budget, membership, or parameter actions to one proposal.

7. Review, sign, and commit

The governance wallet signs both the proposal and its YES vote. Nothing is submitted until you press commit.
